I really suck.

So, I fell off the diet wagon. I fell hard. I can't even remember what started my decline except my husband stopped for fast food one night and I thought I did ok (small burger, no fries) then it just went downhill from there.

I have only gained back 3 pounds. I need to get myself in order and back in check. The bag of chocolate almond kisses for breakfast did not help the situation.

I do have a defense! (don't we all find something to blame when shit hits the fan?) Things in our home have been hectic to say the least. I feel like once we get back on track my diet will go back on track. Easier said then done I suppose. I am just going to keep on truckin and hope that I get back on track. It is amazing how shitty I feel from 2 weeks of shit food. I want the healthier me back PRONTO.
